2. Description of Service
Kaerue is a productivity application that provides Kaeruen boards, calendar, Pomodoro timer, notes, and analytics features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. User Accounts
To use Kaerue, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Free Trial
New users receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial.
4.2 Subscription Plans
After the trial period, you may subscribe to a monthly ($5/month) or annual ($45/year) plan to continue using Kaerue. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
4.4 Price Changes
We may change our prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to subsequent billing periods.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create in Kaerue (tasks, notes, etc.). By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Transmit viruses or malicious code
- Scrape or collect data from the service without permission
- Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
7. Intellectual Property
Kaerue and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Kaerue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination
